Location and comfortability were awesome. Traditional downtown style/design was really cool. Nice view of the city. Really close to our destination in Saint Louis. I liked the modern and classic feel to the design.

Location location location! Staff was training people and I know how it is at times, it can become frustrating at times training new people. The staff was Awesome during this time and sooo helpful. Thanks yawl I will be back.

The hotel staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are smallish but well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our purpose.

The location was great. it was an 8 minute walk to the baseball stadium. it was beautiful inside. it was clean.

The decor is very nice. The location is very central to everything I would bring walking shoes though. I definitely wasn’t prepared.

Front desk staff Ms. Dana was very friendly and helpful in meal suggestions and other attractions. Location was perfect for attractions that we wanted to see.

Room was nice, very nicely designed, but some maintenance issues. Hotel location was great for seeing downtown and easy parking was a block away. Check-in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful.
